Louise Kelly’s background is in illustration and was fortunate enough to have a successful career in this field. 

Louise engaged in both editorial and advertising work with jobs that ranged from book covers and magazine work to packaging and advertising.

Louise’s pictures and her illustrative background gives her paintings a narrative slant. Louise enjoys venturing to coastlines, lakes and mountains to capture moments in time. She finds painting a necessity and has a natural curiosity for creating pictures that evoke a sense of place.
