We have a large range of home furnishings such as rugs, throws, wall art, lap blankets and cushions.

Rugs are made by a local textile designer from recycled materials using the hooked technique to create vibrant, almost 3-dimensional rugs or wall hangings. She will often work on a series such as earth, water, wind, fire, organs of the body, or images from nature. We can also arrange commissions such as an aerial view of where you live from an Ordnance Survey map. They are exciting artworks and one-of-a-kind.

Weavers from Cumbria and Scotland who have also trained in textiles weave the most beautiful rugs and throws using 100% pure new wool, in striking colours and designs. They also supply us with beautiful knitwear, scarves and wristlets. One designer team weaves luxurious scarves in wool, cashmere and silk blends, the perfect gift for that special birthday.

Lap blankets in pure new wool are knitted on giant needles, and if you like you can have them with contrasting pom poms! Deliciously warm for snuggling up on cold evenings, and a striking feature on the bed or sofa.

One of our talented artists also designs luxurious cushions, taking inspiration from the British countryside. Animals such as badgers, foxes, owls and squirrels, sit alongside magpies, hedgehogs and cats. Printed by hand from lino blocks, onto a thick organic Scottish linen they look lovely when several are together on a bench, or a couple on a bed, or stools. They’re happy to sit anywhere and for you to sit on them!
