Charlotte Dalrymple-Hay

In the early 1990s Charlotte attended a silver-smithing and jewellery making course at West Dean College, after which she set up her own studio and lives and works in Devon.

The inspiration for Charlotte’s work comes from the environment she is surrounded by; first with something that catches her eye, and then when it touches her heart she sets about trying to capture that feeling within a piece of timeless silver jewellery.  For example after visiting Venice she was inspired to make jewellery with a gently hammered surface reflecting the ripples on the water of the canals. 

​As everything is handmade (with the exception of some of the earwires, chains and clasps) no two items are identical.  We hope you will be happy with, and enjoy wearing your unique piece of lovingly-made jewellery.
