New year, new start

Topsham is a buzz with activity, the pavements are being resurfaced, shop facades are being painted and excitement is in the air.

A new office will be opening soon, and we are watching eagerly as the latest phoenix rises out of the ashes. ‘What will it be?’ – word on the street is something ‘financial’, opening early February.

Artenax was delighted to provide some of the artwork, personally selected by owners Rodney and Nicky for their new premises. An original oil painting of fish leaping out of the waves, by local renowned artist, Joss Kingsnorth adorns the wall above the rich blue sofa, lit to one side by one of our tall standard lamps with handmade coral shade. In the other corner is a giclée print by Lucinda Burman of Topsham, the view from the other side of the river Exe showing the Passage House Inn, the Yacht Club, the church, and other notable landmarks. The original painting hangs in another property in Topsham, but a few limited edition prints are available.
